Crevio Review: Can AI Really Run a Small Business?

Can one AI tool really launch a business and then keep it running? Most AI products help with one job: writing, design, or a single workflow. Crevio promises the whole company instead — the website, the products, the payments, the follow-up, and the marketing that brings in the next customer. This expanded review re-checks that claim against the vendor’s own website and pricing page and its directory listing, both checked on October 27, 2026. It is an early research review, not a hands-on test, and vendor claims are labelled as such, because a launch promise and a proven result are not the same thing.

What is Crevio?

Crevio is an AI platform aimed at solo founders and small businesses. Its listing describes it as “AI that builds, launches, and runs your business”, and its homepage uses a similar promise: “Your business should run itself.” Crevio, Inc., based in the United States, is listed as the author, and the directory records its initial release as October 13, 2026. At the time of this update, Crevio had therefore been publicly listed for only about two weeks.

According to the directory listing, you describe what you want to sell and Crevio builds the company around it: it forms the LLC, picks a domain, designs the brand, builds and deploys the website, sets up products and checkout, and starts finding customers. The vendor’s pricing page tells the same story in shorter form: the free Starter plan “picks your niche, builds your store, ships your product”. Once the business exists, Crevio also claims to run day-to-day operations, with its homepage saying it “builds your website, finds your customers, takes payments and follows up”.

Key features

These features are limited to what the directory listing and the vendor’s pricing page actually show. They are vendor claims, not tested results.

  • Business formation help, including LLC formation, domain selection, and brand design.
  • AI-built websites and apps, with Starter promising an AI-built website and first product.
  • Products and checkout, including subscriptions and invoices, so a founder can sell and take payments in one system.
  • Email on your own domain, keeping customer messages under the business brand.
  • AI voice calls and a phone number, handled as part of the same business system.
  • CRM with lead forms and customer support, so enquiries, leads, and follow-up live in one place.
  • Social media publishing, for pushing content out without a separate scheduling tool.
  • Advertising on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft, which is how the listing says Crevio finds customers.
  • Scheduled tasks and event triggers, so work runs on a timetable or in response to an event.
  • Approval gates for consequential actions, so the AI is meant to ask before taking a step that matters.
  • Integrations and developer access, with 3,000+ integrations listed on Pro and API access on Business.

How Crevio works

Crevio’s pricing-page FAQ describes the flow in one sentence: tell Crevio about your business in plain language, and the AI builds your website, sets up what you offer and payments, runs marketing, follows up with customers, and keeps growing your business in the background, autonomously. The steps below follow that vendor description.

  1. Describe the business in plain language: what you sell and who your customers are. The vendor says no credit card is required to start.
  2. Let the AI pick the niche and brand, as promised on the free Starter plan.
  3. Build the store and first product, with domain selection, brand design, and deployment added by the directory listing.
  4. Set up products and checkout, including subscriptions and invoices, and take payments through the same system.
  5. Start finding customers through social publishing, ads, email, and lead forms.
  6. Let it run, with checks: scheduled tasks and event triggers work in the background, the CRM holds leads and support, and approval gates pause the AI before consequential actions.

Crevio pricing

Crevio uses a freemium pricing model. The directory listing still shows a free option plus paid plans from $20 per month, billed monthly, and that monthly starting price matches the vendor’s own pricing page exactly. The change in this update is detail, not price: the vendor now publishes a full plan table. All figures below were checked on Crevio’s pricing page on October 27, 2026, and can change.

PlanMonthly priceYearly priceMonthly AI creditsTransaction fee
StarterFreeFree205%
Pro (most popular)$20/month$16/month, billed yearly1,0002.5%
Business$50/month$40/month, billed yearly2,5001%

Starter includes the AI-built website and first product, up to 2 active products, and a solo workspace, but at the highest transaction fee of 5%. Pro removes the product limit and adds persistent brand and customer memory, 3,000+ integrations, scheduled AI tasks such as reports, audits, and check-ins, a custom domain, and teammates. Business adds custom features shipped to the store, API access, higher storage and usage limits, unlimited team members, removal of Crevio branding, and priority support.

Two costs sit on top of the subscription. First, the transaction fee falls as the plan rises — 5% on Starter, 2.5% on Pro, 1% on Business — and the vendor’s FAQ confirms Crevio takes a small fee on each sale, lowest on Business. Standard payment processing fees also apply. Second, credits meter AI work: building the website, writing product pages, generating images, sending marketing emails, and researching the web all draw from one balance, bigger jobs cost more, and Pro and Business let you pick a larger allowance. The directory listing also records a refund policy of “No Refunds”, so read the vendor’s terms before paying yearly.

Who Crevio is for

Crevio is for solo founders, creators selling digital products, and very small businesses that want setup and operations in one place instead of five separate tools. If you have an idea, a small budget, and no team to build a website, configure checkout, and run ads, the all-in-one pitch is genuinely attractive. The free Starter plan, with up to 2 active products, also makes it cheap to see what the AI builds before paying $20 per month.

It should also suit a founder who is happy to move fast and check the AI’s work. The vendor says a business can be live in minutes, with no credit card required to start, which suits a first product, a test of an idea, or a simple digital offer. The directory listing names founders, solo operators, agencies, and service businesses as the audience — small teams that need a working presence quickly.

Who should skip it

Established businesses with complex compliance needs should skip Crevio for now. Company formation, payments, and customer data are areas where a mistake is expensive, and a platform first listed on October 13, 2026 has not had time to build the track record and independent reviews a larger business would reasonably want.

Teams that already have dedicated tools for CRM, email, and ads should think twice. Replacing working systems with one new platform adds migration risk for little obvious gain, and even a 1% transaction fee on Business is a real cost on every sale.

Pros and cons

Pros:

  • All-in-one scope for a very small business: formation, website, products, checkout, email, calls, CRM, social, and ads in one system.
  • Low starting price: a free Starter plan and Pro at $20 per month, or $16 per month billed yearly.
  • Fast launch path: describe the business in plain language and the AI builds the store and first product.
  • As a new platform, early users may get responsive support — a possibility, not a verified fact.

Cons:

  • Very new product, with no long-term track record: first listed on October 13, 2026, so reliability is unproven and the directory still shows no ratings.
  • Broad all-in-one tools usually do each job less deeply than dedicated tools.
  • Costs beyond the subscription: a transaction fee on every sale, plus standard payment processing fees and a credit limit on AI work.
  • Independent reviews are still scarce, so most of what is known comes from the vendor and the directory listing.

Crevio FAQ

Is Crevio really free to start?

Yes, there is a free Starter plan: an AI-built website and first product, up to 2 active products, a solo workspace, and 20 AI credits per month, with a 5% transaction fee. The vendor says no credit card is required to start, but the free tier is deliberately limited and carries the highest fee.

What does the $20 per month Pro plan include?

Pro costs $20 per month, or $16 per month billed yearly, and includes everything in Starter plus unlimited products and content, persistent brand and customer memory, 3,000+ integrations, scheduled AI tasks, a custom domain, and teammates. Its default allowance is 1,000 AI credits per month, and its transaction fee is 2.5%.

Does Crevio take a cut of sales?

Yes. Crevio charges a transaction fee on each sale: 5% on Starter, 2.5% on Pro, and 1% on Business, plus standard payment processing fees. The true cost therefore grows with revenue, not just with the subscription, so model the fee on expected sales before choosing a plan.

How do Crevio credits work?

Credits measure AI work. Building the website, writing product pages, generating images, sending marketing emails, and researching the web all draw from one monthly balance, and bigger jobs cost more than small ones. Starter includes 20 credits, Pro defaults to 1,000, and Business defaults to 2,500, with Pro and Business offering a larger allowance to pick as the business grows.

Verdict

Crevio is promising for solo founders who want to launch fast and accept early-product risk, but it is not yet a safe default recommendation for established businesses. The vendor’s pricing page is now clearer than the original short review suggested: a free tier exists, Pro is $20 per month, and yearly discounts and transaction fees are published in full. What has not changed is the core risk — a product first listed on October 13, 2026, with no directory ratings and almost no independent track record, asking founders to trust it with their company, payments, and customers.

The 7/10 score reflects that balance: breadth and a low trial cost, held back by unproven breadth, fee and credit costs, and no long-term evidence yet. Try it on a first product, check everything it builds, and keep a manual fallback for payments and customer data.

Early verdict: 7/10 for solo founders launching a first business, with a clear new-product risk warning.
